Shattuck Hammond annually seeks to recruit intelligent, creative, energetic and hard-working undergraduate students seeking full-time employment post-graduation as an investment banking analyst. Shattuck Hammond's two to three-year analyst program provides a superior foundation for analytical and professional development. The analyst program involves extensive financial analysis, financial modeling, database maintenance, market research and report preparation. Analysts work closely with senior investment bankers and are required to balance numerous projects at once. Ideal candidates typically have a strong knowledge of finance, economics or mathematics, excellent quantitative skills and equally strong writing skills. Analysts must be comfortable working in an unstructured environment and should be capable of learning expediently while balancing multiple projects. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
