William B. Hanlon III

Bill Hanlon was an original founder of Shattuck Hammond Partners and is a current member of the management committee. Over the last 25 years, he has worked on behalf of many prominent health care organizations in the Southeast and on the West Coast, assisting the firm’s clients in the design and execution of strategic advisory and capital financing assignments across the country. His direct financing and advisory experience includes both public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions for hospitals and health systems, physician group practices, managed care companies, long term care organizations and other ancillary services or technology businesses.
Mr. Hanlon received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Brown University and began his career in the Corporate Finance Department of Dean Witter Reynolds in San Francisco. In 1997 he participated in the U.S. Agency for International Development program to support the growth of the healthcare capital markets system in Russia. He is currently a member of the boards of: Scientific Intake LLC, a medical device company and CURE LLC a consumer and commercial finance company. From 1998-2006, he was a member of the board of FutureHealth Corporation, a disease state management company that was sold to Nationwide Insurance.
