Walter J. Olshanski is an Associate of Shattuck Hammond Partners and works in the New York office. He is responsible for providing transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on a variety of engagements including financings, strategic advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Olshanski has over 10 years of experience providing financial services.

Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond, Mr. Olshanski was an Associate within Aetna’s M&A Corporate Development Department. As an Associate, Mr. Olshanski worked on a variety of strategic M&A assignments including those involving segments such as, Medicare/Medicaid, Disability and Workers’ Compensation TPA Services, Provider Networks, Healthcare IT and Medical Management.

Mr. Olshanski earned his M.B.A. from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and his B.A. from Hofstra University.
