Vasanta Pundarika Vasanta Pundarika is an Associate at Shattuck Hammond Partners and works in the New York office. She provides transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic advisory services. Her clients include multi-hospital systems, single-site hospitals, long-term care facilities, laboratories, managed care, higher education and specialty not-for-profit companies. Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond Partners, Ms. Pundarika was a Summer Legal Analyst at Shearman & Sterling, LLP.
