| Biographies of Senior Professionals
Richard Bayman Rich Bayman is a Senior Vice President of Shattuck Hammond Partners where he works closely with a variety of healthcare clients providing mergers and acquisition advisory services, debt financing and restructuring advice and has executed transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $5B. His recent clients include Baptist Health System (AL), Phoebe Putney Health System (GA), Novant Health (NC), Mid-Florida Medical Services (FL), and East Jefferson General Hospital (LA). Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond in 2003, Rich was a Senior Associate at SG Cowen where worked in the firms Boston office. While at SG Cowen, Rich focused primarily on mergers & acquisition for both public and private technology companies. Prior to joining SG Cowen, Rich spent seven years with GE Capital Corporation. During his tenure with GE Capital, he held a variety of roles including business development, marketing and operations and is a graduate of the GE Capital Management Development Program. Rich received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Connecticut; and his M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. |
