Nick Graham is a First Vice President in the Dallas office of Shattuck Hammond Partners. Mr. Graham was previously covering healthcare for Morgan Keegan and joined Shattuck Hammond following its acquisition by Morgan Keegan. He has more than 10 years of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions experience and has been involved with a vast array of transactions and advisory mandates, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Graham has experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, recapitalizations, fairness opinions, general strategic advisory and principal investments.
Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Graham was a Vice President in the investment banking group of Southwest Securities, an Associate in the investment banking division of RBC Capital Markets, an Investment Banking Analyst at George K. Baum & Company and a member of the emerging markets mergers and acquisitions team at Koch Industries International in London.
Mr. Graham received a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Kansas State University, where he currently serves as a member of the KSU Finance Advisory Board.
