Grant Chamberlain is a Managing Director of Shattuck Hammond Partners in its Chicago office. With 15 years of healthcare and corporate finance experience, he regularly advises clients nationwide on transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic options assessments, workouts and private placements of debt and equity.

Mr. Chamberlain works with privately-held for-profit and publicly-traded healthcare services companies, with a special emphasis on HCIT organizations and diagnostic imaging related services and technology companies. Additionally, Mr. Chamberlain has worked with some of the premier not-for-profit health system in a variety of M&A and divestiture assignments, including: Cedars-Sinai, Sharp HealthCare, Scripps Health and LifeSpan.

Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond Partners, Mr. Chamberlain worked for General Electric Capital Corporation in its Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on LBO, MBO financing and restructuring in various industries, primarily healthcare and retail. Mr. Chamberlain was also at GE Medical Systems in its Financial Services Divisions, specializing in new financing products including off-balance sheet, tax-exempt leases for not-for-profit hospitals, and restructurings and workouts of several of GECC's largest clients.

Mr. Chamberlain earned his B.B.A. degree in finance from The University of Wisconsin. He was a Director of InSight Health Services Corp., a NASDAQ listed company, prior to its acquisition by JW Childs.
